Random Events Missing Pedestrian Vehicles [ProMods 2.60]

The random events throughout the map appear to be missing the pedestrian vehicles.

Have tested on a no mods profile and the vehicles were visible.

Random locations so no coordinates attached.

The game.log.txt link is like set to private, so it's not possible to see this.

I can see there is many other mods used and for example RusMap 2.4.2 is outdated when there is RusMap 2.4.3.1 with RusMap Murmansk road connection (no road connection with ProMods Murmansk is out yet) in your game.log.txt.

I think these missing random event vehicles is caused by other mods than ProMods.

Will ensure my mods are all up to date and hopefully that fixes the issue :D

What you have is not related to maps. The game must spawn some models (in your case damaged vehicle) like it spawns parked trucks or cars. For some reason i have seen this in my map also, sometimes the truck i've placed in a place is there, sometimes is not. If people remember i had the scene with the controlled truck in custom placed in Bulgaria (so, SCS materials all the way) and the custom officers were there, the dogs also, but the truck not, looking weird.
Now, another thing you should think about is the limitation on spawned vehicles in the game (AI traffic) and those random events cars are included in game numbers. Try testing the same thing with traffic higher than 2-3. (uset_g_traffic 3, FE in console) this making the numbers multiplying by 2 or 3 and then your car may be spawned.
To understand the mecanism, go to def/world.traffic_rules_spawn.sui and the first lines are:

str_params[]: "car"
num_params[]: 7.0	# 7:00
num_params[]: 0.05	# frequency
num_params[]: 8		# count limit
Translation: after 7.00 AM the cars will have a 0.05 density, BUT not more than 8 cars in the scene. So if your car is number 9, no spawn. By console command you multiply this by 2 or whatever number between 1-10 you put there.
Mods regarding traffic density can also be a problem, but those are generally increase default traffic. AI traffic mods can be a problem (increasing the number of eligible cars to be spawned, so, smaller chances for SCS ones). When you add a map who has AI vehicles in it, is not the map to blame, but the limitation of spwning rules by SCS or the traffic density mod you use.

On final note, i know for sure nothing from my map is related to random events and i am pretty sure russian maps, or road connections are not either.

I'm having the same issue with this missing cars. I did some testing and it seems that it is some problem with southern region, because without it it the cars spawns like they should.

Anyone able to find a fix for this? Having same issue. I have up to date PM 2.60, RussMap 2.43.1, Southern Region 10.9, SibirMap 2.2.0 and Great Steppe that says Adaptation for 1.43. As of 1/27/22.
