Traffic lights at Copdock and London roundabout for M25 are backwards

I have promods but for an unknown reason traffic lights at Copdock and London roundabout for m25 are backwards. Any ideas why. Put the mods in the correct order too

This is most possible mod conflict like Zeemods Train Sounds that is many times mentioned to be the culprit.
Can you try with ProMods as only mod first and add one by one mod until you found the culprit?
Also post full coordinates, a game.log.txt and a screenshot that show this behaviour.
