In western Iraq, the speed limit stays at 50 km/h for some distance after you get past the collapsed overpass, regardless of which direction you're traveling. Heading westbound, though, the speed limit corrects itself before too long, but more often than not, AI vehicles stay at 50 km/h even after the speed limit goes back up to 80.
