The message "resources failed" appears and PACK MOD does not work.

After completing the model, I clicked on "PACK MOD" to finish the mod. The zip file was generated in the specified location, but its contents were empty. Also, an error like the one in the image is displayed. The contents of that error are as follows "The massconversion finally ended. 2resources failed."
I don't know how to solve this problem, so please help me out.
