[Fixed] [#33000] [Middle East 2.60] Speed limit bug in Izra

I'm not sure how significant this bug is, but I'm reporting it anyway.
In Izra, after you exit the police checkpoint in the left lane, the speed limit stays at 10 km/h until you make the turn at the intersection, rather than increasing to 60 km/h at the moment you exit. The right lane appears to be unaffected.
Always reproducible in the left lane
