Note : Belarus police car will have Oblast name on its livery if spawn in a city, such as picture above, that police car is spawned at Pinsk City, in Brest Oblast, Belarus, so in another city in Belarus, you'll see kind of this variants, Example : if this car spawn in Minsk, it'll have Minsk Oblast name on its liveries, But if this car spawn at the road outside of the city, the car will have no oblast name on its liveries

The Byelorussian police car doesn't have "spawn_ratio: 0" in the "focus_2009_police_by.sui" file, making the generic variant spawn in other countries.
