Where is the Oslo quarry?

Hey. I'm trying to get the Miner achievement (with the invaluable help of Virtual Speditor, that is), but I can't find the quarry that should be in Oslo according to the game wiki. Does ProMod remove/move it? If so, should I use a different profile to get this achievement?

Some Steam achievements do not work with ProMods Europe, including the "Miner" achievement. See this:
ProMods achievements compatibility/difficulty.
