Random CTD's with a map combo

I have a problem with a random CTD's with a large map combo (ProMods (incl. ME add-on); RusMap; Sothern Region; SibirMap; VolgaMap; The Great Steppe; Road to Asia; Red Sea Map; Viva Malta; Paris Rebuild) + approx. 200 other mods including trucks, trailers, AI packs etc. CTD's happens at random locations or under random circumstances after 45 minutes - 1 hour playing.
The thing is that this all worked on my old PC but I recently switched to a new PC, and just copied the profile and the mods to the new one, and after that "transfer to the new PC" the game started crashing.
Is there any way to fix this issue? I don't want to lose my profile progress.
game.log displays different things each time before the crash. Unfortunately, it's size exceeds pastebins limit and I haven't have a clue how can I share it.
