Why was Azerbaijan And Georgia removed from Project Turkey?

Well, i just found out that AZ-GE Is actually based on georgia and azerbaijan from project turkey and i wonder why its not on project turkey anymore?
I dont use project turkey but i cant find any reason on why it was removed.

Project Turkey isn't even a thing anymore, it was integrated (and upgraded, less of Turkey is covered but it's much higher quality) into Roextended. I think it becoming part of Roextended was when it was separated into AZGE

Azerbaijan and Georgia were removed because of quality issue. Originally I got the files to make it part of Project Caucasus but before I could start working, personal stuff had hit me hard. For now, there is AZ GE Add on and as far as I know, this will also be reworked.

No, AZGE overwrites Promods Georgia and they do not allow a compatibility mod.
