[1.2.0] Incorrect Speed Limit in Squamish

The 50 km/h speed limit in Squamish is much longer when heading north (towards Pemberton) than when heading south (towards Vancouver). The 50 km/h speed limit should be shortened heading northbound so that it is the same length as southbound.
