Banned for what?
I've just started downloading the latest files. Started with 1 & 2 as your meant to. WAITED for 1 to finish before starting to download 3 (can only have 2 going at once) and I get blocked? WTF I followed the instructions EXACTLY. Didn't try downloading multiple. Didn't click on the links multiple times or anything and I get blocked?? That's awesome!!

Some browsers (like Google Chrome) can open multiple download threads on their own, or it doesn't close them properly. Our server thinks your trying to download more than two parts at the same time because of that.
