Map not lined up properly

The picture above shows my current issue, my map is completely out of sync/mis-aligned. Anyone know where I've gone wrong here?

Either you forgot to download/activate the ProMods Europe Definition file or you have a mod conflict. Posting your "game.log.txt" file would be more helpful.

You need the promods def file, and the scale hack disable:
