Take job but no GPS track; have to abandon

Took a cargo job from Eddy's in Kamloops, BC to Bend, OR (empty pallets to Deepgrove south of Bend) but no GPS track showed up on the main map. I noticed there was a red flag at the Deepgrove location so set the GPS track manually & did the run. However, upon arriving, no green marker to finish run & I had to abandon job (lost ~$20,000 for the run plus $12,000 for abandoning the job). Anybody else with issues performing deliveries?
