Euro Truck Simulator 2 (1.41.1.25) is installed in the profile settings of Trucks Booksclient, and I have version 1.45.1.6 in the steam, why is the game in the profile not updated to the new version?

Not all Steam Clients update at the same time. Maybe it just wasn't your turn yet.
