R.O.C. (Roads of Chunghwa / 中華地圖) compatibility?

Good afternoon,
I recently heard about and found a map mod called "Roads of Chunghwa" and gave it a test run.
It seems like it is entirely compatible with ProMods, but what is bothering me is that Taiwan and Mainland China are located off the coast of Europe and not where they're supposed to be on the Promods afroeurasiamap. I wanted to ask if, given more info on ROC and permission from the author, somebody skilled enough, or maybe Promods themselves, could try to move the nodes and map over to the "proper" position via a replacement def or a patch of some kind. If moderators allow it, I can share the 1.45 version of the files here (they are not on the author's Blogspot & Facebook)
Sorry if this request sounds unresearched. I never made a post on any scs or ets2 forums, let alone one so specific. I appreciate any pointers as well as your patience

Good idea, but due to the map size...I don't know who would try to "move (all) the nodes".
I'm pretty sure the map will just stay where it is...

No. As it is located in the same place as EAA on the map, also it's very outdated.

There are updated version of the mod, but the files are only distributed within private community that speak Chinese language. SImilar to situation of some Japanese mods.

Most of the updated files are still years out if date. I checked. The standard is very low too.

The latest was released on April 30 of year 2022, what do you mean by years out of date

Look at the dates and versions of the files and prefabs etc it uses. That's what I mean.
