Is Whistler Missing?

I just had to do a job driving to Whistler, and when I got near the finish, the game said I had discovered Whistler. However, Whistler's name does not show up on the map, and I can't find any jobs going OUT of Whistler. Is that a known bug? Did I do something wrong?

I believe Whistler is a destination only city

Okay. I was just freaked out a little when it popped up saying I "discovered" it but it wasn't on the map.
