Can you please provide the def for 1.45

I have mistakenly bought the Canada mod several times, one for 1.46 and three times (I think) for 1.45 by mistake.

I want to play the 1.45 version so I can use a car.

I have been blocked on chrome and firefox for:

Sorry this inconvenience happened to you. Unfortunately if the abuse prevention mechanism detects more than 2 simultaneous downloads it will automatically block you and then release you after a few hours. This happens without any human intervention. All you can do in this case is wait. Chromium based browsers have been known to open more than 2 simultaneous downloads automatically
