No City Names on Ukraine & Moldova

I seem to miss the Ukraine & Moldova city names for some reason, they were working just fine..I also have RoEx addon. Are these cities belong to Promods or Roex?

You have a def file conflict

Found out that the problem was BG+ and Bulgaria In Focus addons, both of which are actually 1.46 compatible. Disabling them solved the problem. They were working fine though, I don't understand why that happens..
