Improvements LL-12 Lleida for the next version 1.2

There will be 2 versions, one that will be v1.2 which will be for 1.48 and another which will be v1.2.5 which will be for version 1.48.5 to be compatible with the Balkan DLC and its mandatory DLC for that version

As soon as I release version 1.2 and 1.2.5, I will take a break from editing and will work with the mod again starting in December due to exams and studies.
