I don't know if I've ever asked this question before, but is it possible that, for example, Dutch license plates are added to cars and trucks on French roads? That would really give a bit of a holiday feeling, is it possible to be looked at? Or is that not possible?

The game can only generate one country's license plates on the roads of each country. Talk to SCS.

Parked cars (static models) can have license plate images baked into the model, they are not part of the license plate generation system.

If you follow a car from the Netherlands and you're lucky it's driving to France, then you'll have a Dutch car driving in France.

Isn't it also possible to create a car mod with different license plates? Just like the trailer pack mod also has.
