[Fixed] [#37866] [2.64] London M25 counterclock rest area still not working

Just encountered this bug (labelled as "fixed in WIP" in previous forum topic viewtopic.php?t=30727 from 2.41) in 2.46.

Travelling eastbound on the M25 in the UK south of London, the rest area on the left/north side of the road has 2 rest stop map icons but nowhere to rest, even parked up alongside the existing trucks the option does not appear. If you drive over the overpass, the rest area on the south side of the road is usable thankfully, but the other side is a bit confusing, not least because traffic kept driving round and crashing into me while I was trying to figure out where to park.

Promods is the only map mod I have installed.
