Promods 2.64 ireland completely broken

most of the textures in dublin are just empty holes and i had some other issues in ireland mostly barriers of flowers across the highway from northern ireland to dublin but i think they were caused by grimes spring mod which i have just taken out. my game log is here https://controlc.com/ec72770d
