PM 2.64 ireland problems

i keep having barriers usually consisting of trees across the highway shortly after crossing into ireland a little bit south/southwest of lisburn and i have only a few buildings and roads that are actually loaded in dublin the garage there has a hole where you drive into the lot which ends with a infinite falling sequence. game log:https://controlc.com/ca809d13
just did some further testing and the entire highway has problems along the m2 between the northern ireland and dublin invisible walls tunnels textures completely bugged out floating buildings and tree barriers everywhere photo proof here
