Cant download the files

So I paid for the download, but when I click on the link in my mail, it opens a page which says "403 - Forbidden - This store only allows downloads from 2 IP addresses, please contact seller for more information."
Please help

When that happens you have already exceeded your amount of downloading attempts.
Do you have some kind of anti-virus enabled that downloads files before hand?

Experiencing same problem...
Does it mean after 48hrs we hav to pay again if we dont win with download?

I just bought Promods 2.6.7 and had the same issue...turns out I had the microsoft firewall enabled.
