[2.65] Illegal parked cars in Ólafsvík, Iceland

I dont know if this can be really classified as a bug, but according to some sources, it is illegal to park your car in the opposite direction, even though many people do it.
I only found sources for Reykjavík though, so I don't know how this rule is enforced in other parts of Iceland.
