[TGS 1.0.1] Timezone MSK instead of SAMT

On The Great Steppe 1.0.1, the Russian road section from the connection with RusMap, via Ersjov to the border of Kazakhstan has timezone MSK (Moscow Time, GMT+3), but it should be timezone SAMT (Samara Time, GMT+4). However, on RusMap the time also shows as 'MSK' when driving trought the oblast of Saratov (cities Saratov and Engels), instead of 'SAMT'. So, it's not clear to me if this is a RusMap bug or a TGS bug. Nonetheless, I report it anyway... No specific coordinates, it's a greater area.
