[2.65] A sign in M70 highway is crossed out but road is drivable

As on screenshot above the sign on M70 Hungarian highway is crossed out even that the road is drivable.

Hello, Noxet51.
I can't confirm this bug because there is a barrier that closes this road with test profile that has only ProMods Europe and on your picture looks like other mods has opened this road, but not fixed this road sign.
This looks like mod conflict because there is many other mods in use as I can see in game.log.txt.
Can you try with ProMods Europe only first and then add one by one mod until you found the culprit?

Sorry, this bug is caused by Project Balkans. I'll try to reach creator of this mod. Sorry for my mistake.
