upgraded promods 1.24 but it still shows as imcompatible

this shows that the version is 1.24, in which I got today 8/27/2023


this shows that it requires it because im trying to load a save and for some reason isnt enabled or something

I also have, for some reason, to documents directories and dont know which one to actually update mods in, my guess would be the one without the onedrive.....

Not the one drive.
And are you sure you activated the 1.2.4? It does not show as incombatible AND not as active.
Did you switch out the old version to the new?

I am quite sure that the active mod list shows your older ATS map mods.
Remove them and replace with 1.2.4 .

Hello there,

Once the mod changes the file name or the name display in the mod manager. The game itself will detect it as another mod, so you need to remove the old ProMods Canada and active the new version as Shiva said above. If you active them and still meet the error in the next picture, then that is normal.
