[Fixed] [#39673] [2.66] Northern Ireland / Larne / Missing navigation road segment

Description:
There is missing road segment for the navigation map at these coordinates, causing navigation to fail calculate route through ferry port in Larne.

i was going to set a destination but then i found a missing piece of a road close to larne (and yes i did create a new profile with only promods to see if it happens only with the map mod itself, turns out it does happen)
