Excuse me if possible, I would like to know if I should or is not mandatory, to use this mod with Promods 2.68 having all map dlc installed.

It is not mandatory, but if you dont use it you will just have
West Balkans DLC overwritten with ProMods Balkans, and this merge does not only connect DLC with ProMods but also integrates some of ProMods Balkan content into the DLC

Ive downloaded Promods europe , but it seems that West Balkans countries (like Bosnia, Serbia, Croatia, Albania - name of the cities exactly) are no longer there. I paid for all the dlc's and paid for promods europe. I have other mods too, but for Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, some countries in Africa and Asia.
Can someone please help me with some information how can I manage it ? And I paid for Middle East also, but the game crashes. Doesnt finish loading...Some ideas, please?

The West Balkan DLC is the newest DLC and it has not yet been integrated into ProMods. On average it takes 6 months to make the necessary adjustments to merge a new DLC.

@Petar317 Thank you for the private message. I made a test, and this is for my PC. And it seems that its 11% rated PC. 8 GB RAM, CP Intel-I7, 7500U and intel Graphics620. I will try to buy another PC, but im new in this games (maximum 2 months).
Hope that after I buy another PC it will work correct. I gave up on promods for now, because it crashes a lot. Maybe the mods put by me at the problem, idk.
