Can not get past cloud flare.

When i try to download cloud flare goes into an endless loop.
It can not check to see if i am human.
I use Avast antivirus, Avast vpn (Disabled), Avast antitracking (disabled)
Opera gx, Windows 10
Please help.

Hello

There is nothing we can do about this server side, it is a client side issue.
Have you attempted a browser other than Opera?
