game crashing in loading screen

so as the title says, it's only happening in TruckersMP when picking the ProMods server where it loads halfway then it gets stuck there and i get that error. it's crashing me with this error: ''Game Crashed - FATAL ERROR Application failed error! Module: eurotrucks2.exe Do you want to send a crash report including statistical data and logs to the developers?''. what am i supposed to do? i have tried reinstalling TruckersMP, verifying game files for both ETS2 and TruckersMP but nothing works out. here's the game log file:
