I can't confirm this invisible wall with only ProMods Europe 2.68 and I see you are using other mods like possible from Grimes that affects the terrain when I check the screenshot.

Also you need to follow how to report a bug correctly like better description of the bug and missing game.log.txt that should have been included and also testing with ProMods only before reporting a bug:
