What areas should this bring?

Apparently there is at least no road connection between promod and the great steppe, because a small distance still seems to be missing.

Or is my load order just somehow wrong.

Is there a version that works without AZGE?

Project Caucasus is basically just a straight road up the west bank of the Caspian Sea, it only connects AZGE (at just west of Baku) to The Great Steppe. That's it.

... And has some "cities" so you don't sleep away out of boredom.

What is the difference between Road to Aral and Project Caucasus ?

Two different regions.
