Navigation issuse in Northern Washington?

I don't know if this is promods problem or not, I have Reforma and C2C too but neither seem to have anything to do with Washington.

There seems to be new roads added in Bellingham and Omak but this breaks navigation so there are no jobs to/from BC as those new roads are the only way in and out.
Is anyone able to go to the map and simply set a route into/out of Canada or is it a known issue?
I did look but found nothing.

Also, there was a problem with Canadream where the province 2 letter identifiers did not show up with the exception of BC and AB. This cause any job to other provinces to crash, I bought it up with the developer and he blamed PM but to be honest I think it is his problem. Has anyone got them working together because I would like to reinstall CD.

Are you using version 1.25 or version 1.25a?
