My game crashes around Klagenfurt in the Austrian-Italian-Croatian border zone. It makes no difference in what direction i will go. game.log is here. Sorry, it is very long.

I took a screenshot of the approximate positions of the CTD. 1 is if going direction Italy and 2 if going east. "r_buffer_page_size" is set to 30 already.
