No Jobs to or From Canada

Since 1.49 I have jobs within Canada but not to or from Canada to anywhere in the US. I have all ATS states and all mods in correct order.

Are you using Canada v1.2.5 or v1.2.5a?

Appears to be 1.25. I don't see a "a" anywhere.
