All roads lead to 'Mo I Rana'

I have 8 garages and 33 drivers right now. Over half of the drivers seem to be going to/coming from 'Mo I Rana'. Is there any reason this should be? I don't have a garage in that area. Also, the drivers frequently are unable to find jobs on the very long return journey which is an expensive cost.
