Game Crash in Austria near Gleinalm tunnel

hello friends,

i have an Problem, im driving out of toll collect and drive in the tunnel Gleinalm in Austria, after a few meters my game crashed.
i have tried many things but i don´t fix it, please can somebody help me.

I think it may caused by ProMods 2.68 & West Balkans DLC Merge Quality Edition.
