since SCS decided to take sides in the ongoing war the heart of russia dlc will not be released, so I hope the Promods team are willing to cooperate with the rusmap, sibir, southern region, volgo map teams to create a new better version of russia. and to give the players the one thing that SCS doesnt a complete Europe. ukraine is already included in RoEx.

We don't have so much manpower to do this, as you still can use those russian maps. We also made a road connection with RusMap to make ProMods Europe compatible with it. I don't know why you want Russia instead of Ukraine, as I can say Roex's Ukraine's quality is lower than the RusMap's one.
