[2.68] Crash on road 1 near Brno

I'm only using Poland rebuilding and promods and I experienced a game crash on highway number 1 near Brno.

But what is ProMods 2.68 & West Balkans DLC Merge Quality Edition? Remove it as it causes crash in multiple areas.
