Ongoing Issue Woeld Mao and RusMap

Have tried and tried to get RusMap to work with the current ProMods Map and it just wont play nicely as you can see:

ONLY other Mods installed are 2 RTA Trucks.

Added in 1 minute 36 seconds:
Should have added that I have now downloaded the current RusMap and Road Connection thing 3 times and on each occassion they have download completely and fully so it has nothing to do with incomplete or broken downloads from what I can see ....

You are missing ProMods DLC Support Package. And you need a background map as well.
