Paid for ProMods 2.68 Download and have no link to download, no email sent nor any page i can see to download it

How do i refund because there's not point me waiting when i can just download for free if i have to wait anyways...

Hi, Shopify had an issue with their order system and with it being a 3rd party service it was completely out of our control.
It looks like the issue has been resolved and the email should have come through now
