It's the wrong type of road, these are for the UK - look at those triangles on the roadsurface , they're on the 'wrong' side of the road .
There are more further down the road, only took a picture of the first one.
This error has been ingame for quite some time now , years even. I think I have reported this earlier, with an older version of ProMods.
Looks like there is no more traffic coming from the right, that somehow fixes it, but it is still not correct, and that bothers me a bit.
BTW, can I just say "hats off" for the rework of Rotterdam !
