Help with mods

Hello. Can someone tell me, how to see which mods need to update and which mods cause the crashes, Because i'v tried to look in game log, but i don't understand anything.
I'v tried to understand the log file, but still don't understad what to watch in there. So if someone can say how to understand all it would be apreciated. Sorry for my bad english it's not my main language.

Unfortunately there is no crash in this log, only a normal shutdown of the game

The game freezes and i can't do anything, only restart pc. The game doesn't make crash log

The game will always make a log, but you need to look at the game.log.txt not the game.crash.txt

Here's the lates game log when i played and game crashed, only thing i could do is press the restart button on pc case. Even second monitor was freezed.
