There is no developer working on Hungary currently.

Limonges was confirmed by Kutchek today so you can add it to planned cities

Szeged and Gyor is planned by SCS Software as a future expansion of Going East! DLC.

There's just a navigation sign. That doesn't mean that the cities will appear in-game.

No. it i have see on the closes/locked way. I think it was new city later
