Nothing new really
More DLC's, hopefully more staff, coach simulator eventually etc

Also that Coach Simulator will, at the time of writing, be a big DLC for ETS2 rather than a separate game, with different game modes and UI. I recommend you watch the first three videos though, it gives a huge insight, the interview tends to drag.

Ahh I don't know
Imo does this interview and an earlier interview with Pavel give a really good impression of SCS as a company
Pavel seems inspired beyond most company owners and has a ton of ideas and wishes for the future
