The law of flag days in Estonia states:
Riigikogu, Vabariigi Presidendi ja Vabariigi Valitsuse hoonele heisatakse koos Eesti lipuga 16. veebruaril, Leedu iseseisvuspäeval, Leedu riigilipp ja 18. novembril, Läti Vabariigi väljakuulutamise päeval, Läti riigilipp.
The buildings of the Estonian Parlament, Estonia's president and Estonian government will be hoisted with the Lithuanian flag on 16th of February (Lithuanian independence day) and 18th of November (Latvian independence day)
