Map Crashing

Hello , I've recently had a problem with the Pro mods map , not sure why , but my map keeps on crashing in or close to big cities, making it impossible to deliver cargo , not sure why , i have lowered settings to minimum although i play on high and its not that , not quite sure.. any ideas ? And yes i do have mods installed but i did before and it worked.
