Sorry, forgot just where at as Again I was supprised and did not get exact location but I was on my way to Oslo to the Street-ET as in above post.

P.S. Not posting this as a bug but just pic's in "Share the Love". Thought it was humorous. I'm sure by now Scul and Nico have it figured out.

the AI doesnt know that it can't go through the barriers so it thinks there invisible but there not. It also happens when you hit an AI truck driver on a off-ramp and it decides to go through the barrier and fly above the grass.
